1 Corinthians
One of the most rewarding things for me as a student pastor is seeing students in the Word of God. There is a certain type of joy that only comes from reading the Word. We see that Psalm 19:8 says, " the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes." When students are in the Word it brings life change, direction, and a focus on their personal walk with the Lord.
We are trying to help with this very area in your student's journey. Having a personal quite time is extremely important when it comes to our personal journey with the Lord. No matter if they are a beginner or an expert when it comes to daily devotions. We are hoping to come alongside them by providing them with daily devotionals.

seven Arrows
Seven Arrows method of Bible study: a series of seven questions for understanding & making application of any passage. As we answer these questions the meaning of the text becomes clear. The seven arrows and questions are as follows:
- Circular Arrow – What does this passage say?
- Left Pointing Arrow – What did this passage mean to its original audience?
- Upward Pointing Arrow – What does this passage tell us about God?
- Downward Pointing Arrow – What does this passage tell us about man?
- Right Pointing Arrow – What does this passage demand of me?
- Dual Left & Right Pointing Arrow – How does this passage change the way I relate to people?
- Arched Arrowing Pointing Up – What does this passage prompt me to pray to God?
